Delta Index would like to inform clients that we have revised and issued amended Financial Spread Betting (FSB) and Contracts for Difference (CFD) Standard Account Terms & Conditions (‘Terms & Conditions’).
The Terms & Conditions have been updated to include amendments in relation to the various account types we now offer and for some other minor, administrative changes.
The revised Terms & Conditions will apply to all clients and will be effective for all positions entered into from or still open on 30th October 2009, and will also apply to any active orders you have on this date.
We recommend that you take time to review and familiarise yourself with the revised Terms & Conditions.
